The staff were incredibly friendly and always made sure I had everything I needed. Loved having a sitting area and a kitchenette in my room. The location was excellent, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel offered convenient parking in the underground parkade.

We were warmly welcomed and our room request was accommodated. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and organized. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. Great location at the heart of downtown, within walking distance of attractions, shopping, and restaurants.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the tourist places and various local attractions. The hotel facilities were great, with a comfortable sitting area and a convenient little kitchen in our room. We also appreciated the valet parking service and the fact that we could do our laundry there. The cleanliness of the room and the entire hotel was outstanding.
