The staff were sweet and the room was warm. I slept so comfy in the perfect bed. The breakfast was free, a wide array of choice. Also, I truly enjoyed how fantastic the location was. Set minute walk from douglas at herald bus station. Early check in and late check out. You guys made my stay really comfortable.
Unclean bathroom, Wi-Fi connection was weak, a little disappointed.
Light and brand-new rooms, plus the staff is perfect. All in all it's clean place, they have very comfy beds. Downtown Victoria district is worth seeing.
I enjoyed early check-in.
Responsive staff, warm room, bed was big. Hotel was fairly clean. The staff did all they can for a comfortable stay. Nice interior, great restaurant. Cafés and bars were within walking distance of the place. Everything was good and within 5 minutes' drive of Victoria Inner Harbour airport.
