Staff was quick to help, luxurious hotel. The bed was perfect and it was great having a storage space, a safe box and TV. The location was awesome, just next door to museum, especially Beacon Hill Park. Furthermore it was easy walk to thunderbird park. Service was unparalleled, they solved problem at my request. Thanks, I had very comfortable stay.
It was fine place to stay. Great location and rooms, easy check-in. We loved the cozy area around the hotel. Apart from that, save-on-foods memorial centre arena was 10 minutes' drive away. The bedroom was cosy, and the bed was very big. The staff did all they can for an exceptional stay. The breakfast had plenty of food, like coffee, tea, butter, jam and milk. Lovely garden outside.
I liked nice design
The staff were wonderfully friendly and the restaurant was good. Its location was exceptional, however the area appeared to be really loud. Really modern room, with a reasonably large bathroom and large beds. Absolutely superb breakfast, superb service.
Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.
